Ingredients You Need

  • Fresh Kale leaves
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt

How to Prepare

  1. Preheat the Oven to 175°C.
  2. Wash and rinse the Kale leaves under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  3. Remove Stems by tearing the kale leaves into bite-sized pieces, discarding the tough stems.
  4. In a big bowl, drizzle a bit of olive oil over the kale pieces. Use your clean hands to gently massage the oil onto the kale, making sure each piece is coated. Avoid leaving dry spots.
  5. Spread the kale pieces on a baking sheet in a single layer then sprinkle a pinch of salt evenly over the kale.
